2. Service Description

TrimStitch provides professional embroidery digitizing services, including but not limited to:

• Custom embroidery digitizing
• Logo digitizing
• 3D puff digitizing
• Appliqué digitizing
• Vector art conversion
• Design redesign and optimization

3. Order Process

All orders must be submitted through our official quote form or contact methods. By submitting an order, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project information
• Supply high-quality source materials when possible
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in the quote
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on design complexity, stitch count, turnaround time, and other factors as outlined in your quote. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

• Payment is due upon order confirmation unless other arrangements are made
• We accept major credit cards and PayPal
• Rush orders may incur additional fees
• All sales are final unless otherwise specified

5. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround time is 24-48 hours for most projects. Rush services are available for same-day or next-day completion. Actual delivery times may vary based on:

• Design complexity and requirements
• Current workload and queue
• Quality of source materials provided
• Revision requests and feedback cycles

6. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our digitizing work. If you are not satisfied with the initial result, we will provide one free revision per project. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.

Our quality guarantee covers:

• Technical accuracy of the digitized file
• Proper stitch sequencing and direction
• Color matching to specifications
• File format compatibility

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original artwork and designs. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to use your artwork solely for the purpose of providing digitizing services.

• You warrant that you own or have permission to use all submitted artwork
• We will not use your designs for any purpose other than digitizing
• You are responsible for ensuring your artwork does not infringe on third-party rights
• We reserve the right to refuse work that may violate intellectual property laws

8. File Delivery

Completed digitized files will be delivered via email or through our secure file sharing system. We provide files in multiple formats to ensure compatibility with various embroidery machines.

• Files are typically delivered in DST, PES, EXP, JEF, and other common formats
• Additional formats are available upon request
• Files are stored on our servers for 30 days after delivery
• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before work begins. Once digitizing work has started, cancellation may result in partial charges based on work completed.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
• Refunds for completed work are only available if quality standards are not met
• Rush order fees are non-refundable
• Processing fees may apply to refunds

10. Limitation of Liability

TrimStitch's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Machine damage or equipment issues
• Third-party claims or disputes

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or technical failures.
